The world is changing, and so is the German Mergers & Acquisitions Association (BM&A)! After 20 years as Chairman of the Board of BM&A, Prof Dr Kai Lucks has handed over this role to his successor Jan Pörschmann. With the Shift & Change, M&A Summit with award ceremony and the M&A Excellence Days, the three highlight events of the BM&A will be established.
